Joshua Coombes is in the house! Take a listen as Josh joins me to talk about our #DoSomethingForNothing NYC-Paris photo exhibit at the Mpls Photo Center.
#DoSomethingForNothing is a movement born from the idea that we are all able to do something for someone; for nothing. Joshua Coombes, 30, is a British hair stylist, and founder of #DoSomethingForNothing. A movement that connects, encourages, and inspires everyday people to carry out small acts of kindness and goodwill, according to their particular skill, and passing it on to those who need it. Joshua’s desire, quite simply, is to positively impact people’s lives by offering free haircuts to the homeless, and in turn, giving them back some dignity. Joshua’s story was recently featured on Morgan Freeman’s show ’The Story of Us’ airing on the National Geographic Channel.
