This Week Valerie invites photographer Gale Filter on the show to talk about his experience visiting the migrant camp in Tijuana, Mexico.
Gale’s Biography
Gale Filter is a retired environmental prosecutor, passionate street photographer and photo journalist. Prior to retirement, Gale served as Deputy Executive Director for the California District Attorneys Association and Chief of Enforcement for the Department of Toxic Substances Control (Cal/EPA). He is a former San Diego Coastkeeper and University of San Diego School of Law graduate. For Gale photography is a powerful means to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves; and, a catalyst for altering public perception by evidencing social and environmental conditions.
